Shipping Policy

At SRIVARI SILKS, we take great care to deliver your favorite sarees safely, promptly, and beautifully packaged. Each order is handled with precision to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our products across India through trusted and reliable courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, and BlueDart.

2. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Handloom and custom sarees may take up to 5 business days for dispatch due to quality checks and secure packaging.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with the tracking number and courier details.


3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping for all prepaid orders above ₹2,000 within India.
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹2,000.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include additional handling charges as applicable.
  • International Shipping Charges will be calculated based on weight and destination.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it easily:

  • Via the tracking link shared on your email/SMS.
  • Or by visiting our courier partner’s website using your tracking ID.

6. Packaging & Handling

Every saree is packed with care in a protective cover and tamper-proof parcel to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
We avoid excessive plastic and use eco-friendly materials wherever possible to stay true to our sustainable values.


7. Delays & Non-Delivery

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your tracking details for courier updates.
  • Contact our support team with your Order ID for assistance.

In case of undelivered parcels due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we will reship after reconfirming the address. Additional shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a tampered or damaged parcel, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery, or
  • Take clear photos/videos and inform us immediately at srivarisilks2025@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving it.

We will assist you with a suitable replacement or refund based on the situation.
