Refund and Return Policy

At SRIVARI SILKS, we take utmost care to ensure that every saree you receive meets our high standards of quality and authenticity. Each piece is handpicked and inspected before dispatch.
However, since our products are handcrafted, minor variations in weave, color, or texture are part of their natural beauty and not considered defects.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product (different color, design, or saree type).

We do not accept returns for:

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or display settings
  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Customer dislikes or “change of mind”

2. Return Request Procedure

If your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at

  2. Share your Order ID, product details, and clear images or video of the defect/damage.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility for return or exchange.
  4. Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.

Please ensure the product is:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Packed in its original condition with all tags, invoice, and packaging intact

3. Return Shipping

  • For approved returns due to defects or wrong product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For unapproved or customer-initiated returns, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Products must be shipped only through reliable courier services with tracking details shared.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (bank, card, or wallet).
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after product verification.
  • If you paid via COD, we will initiate a bank transfer after receiving your account details securely.

5. Exchange Policy

In case of eligible exchanges:

  • Replacement saree will be shipped once the returned product passes inspection.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative saree of the same value or request a refund.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sarees that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Customized or pre-stitched sarees
  • Gift vouchers or discounted items
